The Supplemental Nursing System (SNS) is a gentle, effective way to provide additional milk to your baby while maintaining breastfeeding at the breast. Designed for multiple uses, this system allows your baby to receive expressed breast milk, donor milk, or formula through a thin feeding tube attached near your nipple — helping to support ongoing suckling, bonding, and milk production.
As a midwife and IBCLC, I often recommend an SNS when families need to supplement without interrupting breastfeeding — for example, in cases of low supply, relactation, induced lactation, or when babies need extra support to feed effectively.

How It Works
Fill the container with milk or formula.
Attach one end of the feeding tube to the container and the other near your nipple.
