Responsive, evidence-based support for babies aged newborn to 4 years

As a Registered Health Professional, IBCLC, and clinician with years of experience in sleep, feeding, and infant development, I offer two tailored sleep consultation options - both designed to work with your baby’s biology, not against it.

No sleep training. No rigid rules. Just practical, respectful, and science-backed support that nurtures your whole family.

Comprehensive Sleep Support Package

In-person (Central Coast, NSW) or Zoom Telehealth

Includes: 14 business days of email support

This in-depth package is ideal for families navigating complex sleep challenges or seeking a full review of sleep, feeding, development, and nervous system regulation.

What’s included:

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire covering sleep, feeding, medical history, and routines

  • 90–120 minute consultation (Zoom or in-person)

  • The Sleep Help Booklet (valued at $80), sent within 48 hours

  • Personalised notes and sleep strategy

  • 14 business days of email support for follow-up questions, guidance, and tailored strategies

This option is perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle of broken sleep, or wanting to better understand your baby’s rhythms while protecting breastfeeding, attachment, and development.

Quick Sleep Consult

Zoom Telehealth | 1-hour session + 1 week of email follow-up

This shorter consult is ideal if you’re mostly on track but just need a little expert input to fine-tune things. Whether it’s nap tweaks, bedtime settling, or adjusting your current rhythm, we’ll problem-solve together so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

What’s included:

  • Pre-consultation intake questions

  • 60-minute consultation via Zoom

  • Personalised summary with recommendations

  • 1 week of email follow-up to support integration and answer any follow-up questions

This is a great option if you’ve worked with someone before, or if things are mostly going well and you just need a little expert reassurance or troubleshooting.
